Wayne Soo
Immediate Past President
Wayne is currently the Chairman of FIDUCIA LLP, an internationally networked Chartered Accountants firm based in Singapore. [www.fiducia-llp.com]. He completed his ACCA studies at Tunku Abdul Rahman College (KL Main Campus) in 1992. He became a Fellow (FCCA) in 1998 and obtained memberships with other professional accounting bodies in Singapore, Malaysia, United Kingdom, USA and Australia. He has also conducted executive workshops on forensic investigation, strategic business planning, internal audit, entrepreneurship, cash flow planning, budgeting and disaster recovery for participants from Australia, Malaysia, Middle East, Singapore and USA

Lily Tan, Dr.
President
Lily Tan is the Director of TnB Global Outsource Pte Ltd (www.global.tnbgo.com) and Business Consultant to Biz IQ Academy. She graduated from Tunku Abdul Rahman College in 2000 and obtained Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification. Subsequently became a Fellow of ACCA ( FCCA) in year 2010. Lily’s primary area of specialty is in Accounting for MNC and SME. She heads the Accounting, Corporate Secretarial & Tax department and managed over 1000 portfolio of clienteles. She is also an ACTA certified trainer.

Sam Chia
Vice President
Sam Chia is a C-Suite Leadership & Business Coach and founder of SC Coaching Asia Pte Ltd (www.sccoachingasia.com). He graduated from Tunku Abdul Rahman College with a Diploma in Commerce (Finance Accounting) in 1983, completed his MBA in 1993, and attended the High Potential Leadership Program with Harvard Business School in 2005. He is a Fellow member of both ACCA and ISCA and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certified by the International Coach Federation. Sam is also a Senior Accredited Director accredited by Singapore Institute.of Directors (MSID-SRAD) and serve on the advisory board of a few starts-up and not-for-profit organization (NPO)

Christal Lim
Secretary
Chrystal Lim completed Diploma in Science (Business Information Systems) at Tunku Abdul Rahman College in 2000 and subsequently earned a Bachelor of Science (Business Information Systems) from Campbell University in 2004. With over 17 years of experience, she has developed a strong background in sales and management, particularly within the banking industry in KL. Chrystal spent 3 years as a Mortgage Consultant before transitioning into management roles, where she successfully led teams and cultivated strong business partnerships. Currently seeking new opportunities in Singapore, she holds a key position in Sales and Marketing at Urban Space Self Storage. In this role, she has been instrumental in expanding the company’s market presence and driving significant business growth.

Andy Ng
Assistant Secretary
Andy Ng is an Audit Partner in an international accounting network firm based in Singapore, with over 15 years of experience in assurance and advisory. He graduated from Tunku Abdul Rahman College (Kampar Branch). He is a Chartered Accountant (Singapore & Malaysia), ASEAN CPA, Accredited Tax Practitioner (ATP), and Chartered Valuer & Appraiser (CVA).
He specialises in business valuation and cross-border advisory, supporting SMEs and growing businesses across Singapore and Malaysia. Andy is also actively involved in entrepreneurship and business development, with a focus on building scalable businesses and community platforms.
He currently serves as Deputy Secretary General of TAS Singapore and is passionate about connecting TARCIANS and fostering collaboration within the alumni community.

Racheal Loy
Treasurer
Racheal Loy is a dedicated and experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Qcom Bizsolutions (S) Pte Ltd. She graduated from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College with a Diploma in Business Studies (Accounting) in 2008. Over the past decade, Racheal has been practicing accounting and has focused on helping Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Singapore embrace digitalisation. Under her leadership, Qcom Bizsolutions is committed to transitioning traditional accounting systems to modern cloud-based solutions, thereby enhancing business efficiency and competitiveness. Racheal's extensive experience and passion for innovation make her a valuable asset to our committee.

Alex Choong
Assistant Treasurer
Alex Choong is an accomplished auditing and accounting professional with over 10 years of experience. He currently operates an independent audit and accounting consultancy, offering professional services.
Alex earned an Advanced Diploma in Commerce (Financial Accounting) from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College in 2014 and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
He began his career in Singapore at a local accounting firm before joining a renowned international accounting firm, where he gained extensive experience working with both MNCs and SMEs. His expertise spans auditing, financial reporting, tax compliance, and advisory services across industries such as service-based sectors, trading, retail, e-commerce, F&B, healthcare, logistics, construction, and more.

William Wong
Council Member
William Wong is the Founder of Eureka Design House (Interior Design & Build) and Director of Eureka Curtain Sdn Bhd (MK Curtain Melawati Mall). He graduated from Tunku Abdul Rahman College in 2002 and Completed Advanced Diploma in Business Administration. William further his study in Interior Design at Nanyang Academy Of Fine Arts (NAFA), Singapore and has now accumulated over 20 years of sales experience & 18 years Interior Design & Build experiences in Singapore.

Samantha Fu Wai Ming
Council Member
Samantha Fu is an experienced HR professional with extensive regional experience. She currently serves as the People Partner Manager for Asia and the Middle East at Vopak Asia Pte Ltd. Samantha earned her qualification from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) and graduated from Tunku Abdul Rahman College in 1998. Over the years, she has continued to advance her expertise by completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and also obtained the Associateship of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ACIS) credential. Additionally, she is a certified trainer by the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB).

Pang Chin Siow

EurIng Pang Chin Siow, is presently the General Manager of Harford Engineering Pte Ltd. He completed his Diploma In Materials Engineering in School Of Technology (SOT) and graduated from Tunku Abdul Rahman College in 1991. Throughout the years, he further progressing himself by completing the BSc (Hons) Construction Management, Master Degree in Engineering Business Management (MEBM), Diploma In International Welding Engineer (IWE), Qualified Level III In Welding (CSWIP3.2.2) and NDT (ISO9712: UT & MT), and obtained his registration as a Registered Chartered Engineer (CEng) with Engineering Council UK (MWeldI) and FEANI (EUR Ing) credential.

Heng Yan Rong
Council Member
Heng Yan Rong is a finance professional with over 15 years of experience in audit, internal control, and corporate finance across multinational and regional organizations.
She currently serves as Chief Financial Officer based in Singapore, overseeing corporate finance, audit, compliance, legal, and risk management functions.
In addition, she holds the role of Country General Manager in Singapore, with full responsibility for country operations and profit and loss performance.
Heng Yan Rong is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a Chartered Accountant of Singapore (ISCA). She graduated from Sunway University with ACCA qualification and Advanced Diploma in Accounting. Her expertise includes financial leadership, governance, and strategic business management.

Venus Chua
Council Member
Venus Chua has a wealth of experience in auditing, corporate tax and Financial Planning & analysis (FP&A) in various industries. She is currently Regional Manager, Finance (FP&A) in an established SGX-listed company. She completed her Diploma in Business Studies (Accounting) at Tunku Abdul Rahman College in Year 2004. She subsequently received her Bachelor Degree (Hons) in Accountancy and Financial Management from University of Portsmouth.

Lim Jay Arn ​

Jay Arn Lim is an experienced built environment professional with over 20 years of industry experience across both local and international projects. He studied at TAR College from 1995 to 1999, where he developed a strong academic foundation in architecture and building technology. Over the years, Jay has built comprehensive expertise in project, contract, and cost management, as well as technical services and building services. He has been involved in the successful delivery of major projects, working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. As a member of the TAS council, Jay will contribute his professional insights and experiences to support and strengthen the university community and alumni network.
