Wayne Soo
President
Wayne is currently the Managing Partner of FIDUCIA LLP, an internationally networked Chartered Accountants firm based in Singapore. [www.fiducia-llp.com]. He completed his ACCA studies at Tunku Abdul Rahman College (KL Main Campus) in 1992. He became a Fellow (FCCA) in 1998 and obtained memberships with other professional accounting bodies in Singapore, Malaysia, United Kingdom, USA and Australia. He has also conducted executive workshops on forensic investigation, strategic business planning, internal audit, entrepreneurship, cash flow planning, budgeting and disaster recovery for participants from Australia, Malaysia, Middle East, Singapore and USA
Lily Tan
Immediate Past President
Lily Tan is the Director of TnB Global Outsource Pte Ltd (www.global.tnbgo.com) and Business Consultant to Biz IQ Academy. She graduated from Tunku Abdul Rahman College in 2000 and obtained Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification. Subsequently became a Fellow of ACCA ( FCCA) in year 2010. Lily’s primary area of specialty is in Accounting for MNC and SME. She heads the Accounting, Corporate Secretarial & Tax department and managed over 1000 portfolio of clienteles. She is also an ACTA certified trainer.
Pang Chin Siow
Vice President
EurIng Pang Chin Siow, is presently the General Manager of Harford Engineering Pte Ltd. He completed his Diploma In Materials Engineering in School Of Technology (SOT) and graduated from Tunku Abdul Rahman College in 1991. Throughout the years, he further progressing himself by completing the BSc (Hons) Construction Management, Master Degree in Engineering Business Management (MEBM), Diploma In International Welding Engineer (IWE), Qualified Level III In Welding (CSWIP3.2.2) and NDT (ISO9712: UT & MT), and obtained his registration as a Registered Chartered Engineer (CEng) with Engineering Council UK (MWeldI) and FEANI (EUR Ing) credential.
Samantha Fu Wai Ming
Secretary
Samantha Fu is an experienced HR professional with regional exposure. She is currently the Regional HRBP Lead, Asia with VMLY&R. She completed her Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) qualification and graduated from Tunku Abdul Rahman College in 1998. Throughout the years, she further progressed herself by completing the Master in Business Administration (MBA) and obtained the Associateship of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ACIS) credential.
William Wong
Treasurer
William Wong is the Founder of Eureka Design House (Interior Design & Build) and Director of Eureka Curtain Sdn Bhd (MK Curtain Melawati Mall). He graduated from Tunku Abdul Rahman College in 2002 and Completed Advanced Diploma in Business Administration. William further his study in Interior Design at Nanyang Academy Of Fine Arts (NAFA), Singapore and has now accumulated over 20 years of sales experience & 13 years Interior Design & Build experiences in Singapore.
Venus Chua
Assistant Treasurer
Venus Chua has a wealth of experience in auditing, corporate tax and Financial Planning & analysis (FP&A) in various industries. She is currently Regional Manager, Finance (FP&A) in an established SGX-listed company. She completed her Diploma in Business Studies (Accounting) at Tunku Abdul Rahman College in Year 2004. She subsequently received her Bachelor Degree (Hons) in Accountancy and Financial Management from University of Portsmouth.

Sam Chia
Council Member
Sam Chia is a C-Suite Leadership & Business Coach and founder of SC Coaching Asia Pte Ltd (www.sccoachingasia.com). He graduated from Tunku Abdul Rahman College with a Diploma in Commerce (Finance Accounting) in 1983, completed his MBA in 1993, and attended the High Potential Leadership Program with Harvard Business School in 2005. He is a Fellow member of both ACCA and ISCA and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certified by the International Coach Federation. Sam is also an ACTA and PSMB Certified Trainer. He is currently the Vice President of Career Development Association Singapore (CDAS).
Allvinn Fang

A Versatile Professional with a Passion for Business

Allvinn graduated with a major in Information System Engineering from the School of Science. His life was transformed by being in Orientation Odyssey Night, a defining moment that brought him newfound interest. He began his career in the entertainment industry. His passion for creativity and innovation led him to work on various projects, where he developed a keen eye for detail and learned how to thrive under pressure.

After some time in the entertainment industry, Allvinn decided to pursue a new challenge and transitioned into the banking and finance sector. Here, he gained a deep understanding of financial markets, products, and services, as well as the importance of building strong relationships with clients.
​
However, Allvinn always had an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to create something of their own. He started an event management company and quickly made a name for himself in the industry. With his creativity and business acumen, he helped clients bring their events to life, from corporate conferences to music festivals.
​
Currently, Allvinn serves as the Head of Branding and Human Resources department for his family business. He brings his extensive experience and knowledge to the table, helping the business to grow and succeed. With a strong focus on branding and marketing, Allvinn ensures that the business has a clear identity and message that resonates with customers. In addition, his expertise in human resources management ensures that the business has the right people in the right roles to achieve its goals.

Throughout his career, Allvinn has demonstrated a versatility and passion for business that sets them apart. Whether working in the entertainment industry, banking and finance, or entrepreneurship, he has always brought a creative and strategic mindset to their work.
Beyond his professional pursuits, he places a strong emphasis on spiritual growth and development. In his free time, he invests in this aspect of his life by practicing yoga regularly and attending meditation courses to deepen his practice. He finds these practices to be invaluable for promoting inner peace and clarity of mind, and he strives to incorporate their principles into his daily routine.
